Chapter 1 — A day with the fleet
Follow one day.
Seven jobs.
What our robots actually do between seven in the morning and two the next. Scroll; the clock moves with you.
07:00
It arrives before you do.
A van, two cases, one operator. Forty minutes to unpack, calibrate and walk the floor. Spare batteries charging in the corner before your first guest finds the car park.

The doors open. So does the conversation.
A host that greets in Arabic, English and Mandarin, learns names, points people to the right room, and never checks its phone. Hotel lobbies, showrooms, HQ receptions.

The hall turns.
Full-size, walking, waving. The booth people cross GITEX for. Product reveals, launches, mall takeovers, the photo that leaves the event before the guests do.

Class is in. Nobody is on their phone.
Robots students can program, race and knock over. A quadruped per table, a humanoid at the front, a curriculum that survives a classroom. STEM week, labs, camps.

Showtime.
Dance crews. A boxing bout. A football match nobody expected. Small enough for a mall atrium, loud enough for a stadium halftime.

Thermal eyes, lidar, stairs, sand, 45 degrees. Patrol rotations on sites and compounds, by the night or the season, with a human on the other end of the feed.
